Payment Methods & Pricing

The site is SSL encrypted and all credit card payments are processed securely via eWay- Australia’s leading payment gateway.

Superluxe accept several methods of payment for your convenience. You may purchase goods directly and securely from the site using Eway (VISA, MASTERCARD) or PayPal. The site is SSL encrypted and all credit card payments are processed safely and securely via eWay. You wish you may also pay directly into our bank account using EFT. For EFT payments, kindly contact us for bank account details.

All items listed on the website are in AUD, and inclusive of GST unless otherwise specified.

Australian Shipping

Superluxe ship Australia wide using an express courier service, or Australia Post depending on the weight and dimensions your purchase. 

Shipping is offered FREE on all Australian orders over $150 in a single transaction. Otherwise, shipping is charged at a flat rate of $5 for envelope sized parcels under 500g, or $15 for all other items. 

Upon purchasing from our website, you will immediately receive a detailed invoice via email. As we understand you want to receive your purchase as quickly as possible, Superluxe will dispatch all in stock orders from our Melbourne warehouse within 3 business days of your order being received by us.

Upon dispatch, you will receive an email detailing the shipping service used (including relevant contact information) and a consignment number. You can use this consignment number to check the progress of your purchase online using the provided online tracking service. 

For further assistance, you may call the courier used, or Superluxe directly.

International Shipping

We are also able to ship internationally. Please contact us if you are not located within Australia and interested in any of our products.

Pick Up

Purchases may be collected from our Melbourne warehouse if organised with us prior. Please kindly note that at least 24 hours notice is required for the collection of any purchase. 

Warranty

All items sold though this site come with a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty against defects. 

Change of Mind Returns

Superluxe are committed to dealing only in product of exceptional quality, and we are sure you will be satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with goods received or change your mind, we will gladly return items for exchange, store credit or refund (excluding and vintage items and rugs), provided items are returned to us at postmarked at the receiver’s cost within 7 business days of receipt of delivery (or pick up).

Items must be returned in original packaging to our Melbourne warehouse in an untouched, unused “resaleable” condition. This includes attached tags, and in-tact instruction manuals and parts/screws where applicable.

Superluxe is not responsible for any associated freight costs for goods being returned due to change of mind.

Please allow 3-5 business days from the receipt of return for all refunds or credit notes to be applied to your account.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest placing a new order for your desired item prior to returning your original purchase as to ensure availability of stock. You are then welcome to return your original order to our warehouse for a full refund (less associated shipping fees) Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the item(s) and send you a confirmation email.

Faulty Items

In the unfortunate and rare event of faulty item, please follow our claims procedure and contact Superluxe within 72 hours of receipt of goods (along with your invoice number and contact details). Kindly describe the fault in as much detail as possible (including supporting images). Superluxe will repair or replace the item accordingly. If unable to do so, we will provide a full refund (including shipping costs) in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
